  • Cancellation Fee – If cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the booking value will be charged as per the booking deposit. If cancelled less than 30 Days to arrival 100% of the booking value will be charged
  • Deposit – 50% deposit payable on booking with balance payable 30 days prior to arrival, or 100% on bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival
  • No smoking in rooms or property indoors only in designated smoking area outdoors
  • There is no capacity for extra beds in any rooms and the maximum occupants per room is 2
  • No pets
